  • Joining RiverBux.com
    You are not allowed to create more than 1 account.
    Multiple accounts with the same IP adress will be considered fraudulent.
    No more than 1 account per person and/or IP adress is allowed.
    You must be at least 18 years old to join this site.


  • Referral Shifting By Administration

    • If you are found to be using an external referral builder and cheating or breaking the rules of that program or forum, Admin has the right to move referrals to the proper member's downline and ban cheating member.


  • Email Requirements
    Any member who does not receive their verification email within 30 minutes is most likely using an email server that blocks SPAM. You should use the Contact page if you need help.
    If you use an autoresponder, you will be suspended until you fix it. If your email bounces you will be suspended or deleted, depending on how many times it has happened and your willingness to fix it. This is decided at the discretion of the Administrator. We suggest you to use Gmail account for registration.


  • Purchases
    Purchases may come from an unverified AlertPay account (PayPal account must be verified) as long you verify your purchase in the email you receive after your purchase is completed.
    If you do not verify that you made the purchase your purchase will be denied.
    If your name on this site account does not match the AlertPay/PayPal/LibertyReserve/MoneyBookers account you used for the purchase, your purchase will be denied.

  • Payout Requests
    You can request payout when your balance is $1.50 or more. You can have just 1 pending request. Payouts for standard members are processed 1st and 15th every month. You must request payout at least 24 hours before payout processing date - payout requests are processed 1st and 15th every month so you must request at least on 30th (29th if it's month with 30 days) or 14th. Upgraded members requests will be processed within 24 hours after request.
    15 days is the longest time frame for standard ( 24h for upgraded ) members, intended to allow for personal or health issues or even computer or server issues.
    After you receive payment from RiverBux you must post payment proof in our forum. If you don't post payment proof your next payment request will be denied.
    This site accepts and pays with AlertPay at the moment.
    In order to cashout members from China (Taiwan, Thailand...) must be upgraded!
    Everyone with 10 or over 10 failed login attemps must be upgraded in order to cashout.

  • Direct Referrals
    Members from all countries except China can have unlimited number of direct referrals. Members from China can have: - 15 direct referrals for standard members from China* - 30 direct referrals for verified members from China* - 40 direct referrals for 1 month upgraded members from China* - Up to 150 direct referrals for 1 year (golden 150, silver 75, bronze 50) upgraded members from China* * China and other specific countries: Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand...

  • False Representing
    We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.
    Your NAME must be on your account at this site. Full Name, first and last, is required and it must match the AlertPay/PayPal account that you are sending and receiving payments with. Your username is not an acceptable name on your account. If your name on your site account and your name on your AlertPay/PayPal account do not match, your payout request or purchace will be denied. There are too many members requesting payout to a AlertPay/PayPal address that does not match their account name. I cannot be responsible for payments sent to the address you provide to me, especially if the name does not match your account here.
    Your information is secure and will never be shared with anyone.


  • Cheating
    With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to suspend or delete all of the user's earnings and possibly even ban the user from our site. Cheating would include any of the following:
  • Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
  • Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.
  • Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.

  • Spam
    We do not tolerate spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates, specials, contests and issues with the site.
    If you spam Admins or other members you will be suspended the first time. If you spam again after being reinstated you will be deleted and banned from creating another account.

  • Inactive Accounts
    If your account has been inactive for more than 60 days, it will be deleted.

  • Advertising Terms
    -- The Title for the ad must NOT contain the word CHEAT, in any form.
    -- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, warez or other adult materials of any kind.
    --You must not advertise any site, program, item, etc... that is a scam. We do not tolerate scams, and will not advertise for them. If the Admin checks out your banner, link, offer.... and feels that it may be a scam, the ad, banner, offer etc.... will be deleted without crediting your account. Your account may also be deleted or suspended if you deny REAL SignUps, with no refunds on any purchases or payout on earnings.
    -- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
    -- The website must be in English.
    -- The website must not contain or promote any viruses
    -- The website must not conatin ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
    -- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit
    -- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
    -- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.

    If you violate these terms and are deleted, you will receive no refunds on purchases and no payouts!

  • Subject to change
    This agreement can change. We have the right to change our Terms Of Service (TOS) but you will be informed before any change happens. Please check TOS often.
